First time customer at this location. To be honest I was a tad disappointed with the service but overall it wasn?t a bad... experience. Since the location is downtown, you have to pay to park and there?s construction going on. The entrance / sign waspretty cool and I loved the decor displayed inside. The hostess and manager were at the hostess stand when we entered and wewere greeted and sat right away. Our server came to us shortly after and got us started with drinks but after we placed ourorder we were only checked on twice. My friend had to request a refill on his drink and he ordered a side Caesar salad to comebefore his meal and it came out after. I asked the food runner for a side of ranch and it never came to the table. I just feellike the quality of service definitely lacks compared to the other location. Pasta was good. Onion rings which I expected to go be good given the restaurant name, didn't live up to the expectations. Nachos... were also on oily side. Staff was friendly, we entered 20 min before closing. Yet they took our order and gave us enough time tofinish our meal. Read more
We had a younger server that really knocked it out of the park. He was there right when we needed anything was polite even... humorous. There is a large selection of craft beers. The food came out quickly and was good. Read more
Seated rather quickly for a party of 9. Food took forever though. Tasty Jalapeño Burger, fries, Mac and cheese, prawns, and... Fettuccine. Can't say I'd order the bacon filled Tater Tots or Roast Beef Swiss again. Service was great and Riley kept hersmile the whole time. The birthday sundae was the highlight. Read more
