My sandwich was very good! The guy making it was awesome but the rest of the staff was pretty meh.
This is one of my favorite places to eat and the owners are kind and generous people but this Spokane Valley location needs some... attention. It has been struggling but today was pretty unsatisfactory. The place was filthy from one end to the other, ordersslips were lost, finished orders handed out to the wrong customer, refunds given and customers walking out the door withoutfood, 20 min waits, and there were only 6 in-store customers. Ordered online and it didn't go through with the right acct number. I had to reorder. A new employee just stood around and said... he was in his designated area. The other employees could've used help or he could have swept the floor that was filthy. I saidhe could clean off his area and he just walked away. Poor service! Will not be back. Awesome subs and loaded with fresh meat. Very friendly staff willing to accommodate you. Only think I wish they had is black... olives and while there 2 more customers asked also. Been to valley and Northside and both places are amazing. Like knowing I amgetting fresh deli meat. Read more
