I almost drove away after pulling up to this hawt mess. I like this expensive food from this local establishment once in a blue... moon. I guess enough for a burger and tots anyway. Excellent service! Had to have them remake the order, but they did so without any hassle. Food is still the same quality which... is always great but the prices have gotten to the point where it makes more sense to spend just a few more bucks on a betterburger somewhere else. I have been going to this location since they opened but I will not be returning the last three times I have been in I have had... to wait over 5 minutes to be greeted the last time the car in front of me just gave up and left. I think that both the fish &shrimp are great but the fries are never cooked so I request them will done but they are still barely cooked. Today I asked howmany tartar sauce came with the order was told three a piece and I ordered a drink. I didn't receive the drink or Tartar sauce. Read more

Got home... one sandwich was not in the bag had to call and go back across the valley to get it. Cashier had it ready at the front desk andapologized for the inconvenience.
