I was raised on Virginia\'s western shore of the Chesapeake Bay, so we had crabmeat often. My uncle was a waterman and we had... fish and crab right off the boat nearly everyday. In my opinion, crabmeat is a \"heaven-sent\" food and I do not easily hand outcompliments on crab recipes. Van Cleve\'s Blue Crab Pie is perfection! They have absolutely nailed it! Full of crab meat withenough seasoning to enhance but not cover up the delicate flavor of the crab. The pie crust is delicate and buttery.
