This location has rude employees. I've had bad service a couple times. The first time I went here I ordered the chicken sandwich... with no mayo. I received a chicken sandwich with so much mayo it was dripping off. I drove thru again to tell them and theyacted like it was my fault. My daughter just went there for whopper Wednesday and there is a choice between regular whopper orimpossible well she said a whopper and what she received was the impossible. She drove back around and told them I ordered theregular one and they said no the app code is only for the impossible. I pulled up the app and online description that saideither one and they would not exchange my food for the right burger. Read more
Wow these guys are friendly. Even had me try a sauce to make sure it's what id like. They really own the "Have it your way"... slogan. I just read the other reviews and they are alarming. Not what I experienced at all. There were only three peopleworking but they were all trying to handle customer business. Maybe it's a different crew from the other reviews but this crewwas just fine. I've visited this location about 4 times and it's always something going on. (Limited on items, only taking cash, speaker... broken, taking card only) Everytime I have gone the employees have been pleasant and twice things were missing but when I wentback they had no problem correcting them. I noticed one of burger King associate said this store might be shut down or whatever so I'm starting to believe this might... happen soon or later because everytime I get breakfast they don't even prepare so it might be like turtles to work here nomatter what time u ordered either drive-thru, carryout, or delivery they might be delayed. So IDK about this store since I'm noteven from Spring. This is my second time they taking too long. I guess they chatter all the time I just wish they have to speedup once orders coming in.
