A+++ Business. Highly recommended! I had a cookie cake emergency yesterday and needed a large cake made and ready to pick up in... a hour (please plan ahead better than I did-I don?t wish to put this nice man and his wife under that kind of pressure everagain). The man took my order graciously and promised it in one hour. As I tried to help skimp on details in order to help themout, he insisted that it should look how I wanted it to because he wanted me to be pleased with the end result. When I showed upon one hour, I could tell that they had worked hard and pushed the clock to the last minute to fulfill their promise and hehanded it to me with a smile. Beautifully perfect customer service. I just have to testify that because these days it?s rare forsomeone to go through that kind of stress for a stranger. He could of easily told me it couldn?t be done (like 2 otherbusinesses in the area I?m not going to mention told me). Thank you to that man and his wife because he helped make my son?s daytruly special. The cake? It was amazingly delicious! I ordered an upside down shake, which came out looking nothing like the picture. It looked & tasted as if they'd take a cup of... plain milk & added brown food coloring+1 teaspoon of sugar. Very disappointed. Service was slow. Read more
