Overall, I was disappointed by my dining experience there with the family. It was a Monday and we were the only customers there.... First off, the climate was hot while dining in. We were all sweating and just simply uncomfortable right from the start. Menusthat we received had most if not all prices blacked out with sharpie marker. It would be nice to be transparent with pricing. When we received our food, the ketchup packets we were given for our child\'s fries were covered in a sticky substance. Serviceleft much to be desired. Employees were busy surfing/texting on the cell phones the entire time we dined in; veryunprofessional. At the end I approached the front counter to ask for a to go box for our leftovers. There was a woman, not theyoungest one , that was leaning against the front counter with her back towards the dining area and occupied withsurfing/texting on her cell phone. I kindly asked for a box. She turned and looked at me, turned back away without speaking aword and went to get the box to hand to me. Now back to her phone again. Food was decent. I have many reviews on Google and havethe local guide status as well. I always try to be optimistic and forgiving in my experiences but this time, that was verychallenging. That is all. Read more

I would come here for the cachapas. They were made just how I like. My boyfriend had the Venezuelan hotdog. Which he enjoyed. We... shared the arepa. Which was overloaded with fillings and stuff, so much while it was a good as a sort of glorified Americansandwich (I had to eat with fork and knife) But I was craving the corny doughy steamy traditional style and they did not havebut the one option. I give it 4 stars for the quality wasn\'t bad and it was quick and convenient. For the 1 hotdogs, 1 arepa, acachapa and a lemonade was like $28. Read more
