Really sweet staff, made me feel super welcome coming in, and they drizzled caramel on my drink for free, which was so good!
I came into this Starbucks after my 6y/o son had a dental procedure done next door. He wasn?t feeling well so I was trying to... get him a vanilla bean frap to help soothe his mouth. I was holding him and there was one lady ordering in front of me. When thegirl was done taking her order, she immediately turned around to do something else and ignored me. There were some other girlsmaking drinks and dancing and singing while I was holding my son waiting to place my order. If someone had just acknowledged thefact that I was standing there waiting to order, it would have made my experience that much better. When I got our drinks, I wasstill waiting on some food I ordered so I asked and the girl told me ?it?s working?. Then when I got it, it was so hot that Icouldn?t eat it right away.
