I ordered from the taco bell from this location. My food was delivered after an hour. It was cold. My drink and sauce were... missing. I've never been let down this bad by a fast food restaurant. Also there's no receipt or transaction history. Read more
The cashier could not have been more condescending. He said that he could make a menu item, but wouldn't. I ordered what he was... ok with. However, he made something very different. He said he was an Army Ranger, but obviously showed no pride in his work. Read more
Terrible customer service. I came here 8/15/2022 between the times of 1:00 am to 1:50 am. The woman that gave me my food was... very uncouth. No customer wants to go to a establishment and they have to instate respect first. Even when respect was instatedby me I still didn't get a "Thanks for coming" "Enjoy your food" or a simple "Bye". Feelings of discrimination are definitelylingering within my mind. Just because somebody is within proximity to you regarding race, gender, age, ect. doesn't mean youshouldn't give them respect because you feel like you know them. Managers please teach your overnight employees good customerservice matters across the board. Next time I will be taking my compliant to corporate. Read more
Best Taco Bell I have ever been too, I now drive out of my way to come here. Nick is the best especially, he's always point on... with customer service and the food customizations. They're always fast with my order whether I order there or in app. Great dayreplacing missing items or wrong orders, I've never had any issues. Read more
