Cheese Burger was great! The catfish and fries were great too just a little undersized. But the onion rings were not worth the... money... Double ring thick, thinly battered and a little under cooked... The location is very busy and a local favorite... But Iwon't be going back. Over all, I feel there are better values in the area. My chicken sandwich was good and hubby liked the burger. The gumbo isn?t authentic gumbo, very different, didn?t like the Boudin... balls. We only ate there that day and our stomachs didn?t like the food. We highly suspect it was the boudin balls, weren?tfresh and made us have diarrhea. Read more
Excellent service!!! Attentive waitress although very busy.Wings Double cooked to my request. Although burger didn't come out as... husband requested, they quickly fixed it. Margaritas are always yummy and priced just right ! We easily leave eating $100 worthof food every weekend but go home full as a tick ! And with a buzz . Our first visit was great! The food is good and delicious. I didn't know what to expect since this is our first time. The place... looks good. There's an open veranda to the back, which is the right side from the register where you come in and place yourorder. After placing your order you will then be seated by one of the staff. We chose the open veranda to enjoy the nice,comfortable breeze of the night air and the beautiful colours of the fountain outside. One of their staff comes and confirm yourorder and brings your food as quickly as they are ready from the kitchen. It is fresh and delicious! The crayfish tasted goodand crispy, and the catfish was delicious. The seasoning didn't overpower the natural flavour of the fish. We enjoyed ourstay. Sitting outside was great!
