Wow! What a wonderful experience we had dining here last night. It isn't often you find great BBQ paired with delicious craft... beer. And it's unheard of when they're both made from scratch right there! Add in superior service and you have the recipe forthe perfection destination. Oh yeah. I forgot to mention the live music they had as well. As a beer guy I can tell you Pat ismaking some dandies. He's always putting new and improved beverage options on his beer menu offering something for everyone. Hisgenerously served BBQ is the best in the area. Tastes like the legit sloppy good, moist and flavorful, smoked BBQ you can onlyfind in Texas! I enjoyed the namesake sandwich the Fat Pat and was not disappointed. One more thing worth noting was the factthat the owner himself stopped by every table and asked how we were enjoying our meal. I can tell you it wasn't just a meal - itwas an EXPERIENCE worth repeating! Read more

I have very mix feelings. At first it's on an addition to an IGA with 3 different business signs... because it's 3 different... businesses! A micro brew house, a Cafe, and a BBQ joint. So, just a bit confused, just pulling into the parking lot. Then whenentering it's a really clean an esthetically pleasing establishment... with more chaos :( I learned with little help from thestaff that I take a menu from next to the register and order at the same register with tables to close and a line at least 5deep for the 45 mins I was there. You're handed a number, you seat yourself and the food arrives before your seat is warm! I hadthe brisket. Moist, TENDER, and flavorful. The only thing it needed was a bun not from the IGA. Their in house BBQ sauce isunique and enjoyable and their fresh hand cut fries are perfect, coated in thus said sauce! The other ever quickly revolvingguest were seemingly local and enjoyed themselves as much as the in house ales, lagers, and IPA they were imbibing. I prefer theSpring Grove cream soda. I'd be willing to bet that all those talented women working there can make a cup of coffee! I'll beback for 1 of those and a pull pork sandwich. Read more

On a self guided brewery tour, found Fat Pat's kind of by accident. What a gem! Best beer I have had in the last 16 breweries... (last 2 tours, can't remember before then) talked with Pat, awesome guy, hard work with hom and his wife, but we'll worth thestop. Beer, coffee, baked goods, all next to a grocery store. 1 stop shop. Fantastic! Read more

I will admit I didn't have high expectations for a brewery in a town this small but was more than pleasantly surprised. We tried... both IPAs, the pilsner and the milk stout and enjoyed them all. Read more

New brewery to the area! A nice coffee shop/brewery to go for some craft beer. Definitely worth the stop.
