I really enjoyed the thin crust old world pepperoni pizza on my last order. Unfortunately, not this time, I ordered online. I... called immediately, actually within ONE MINUTE of placing the order, to let them know the problem. They asked me to hold on thephone. I did. When I told them what I needed he said it was too late. The pizza was just placed in the oven. The "SUPPOSEDMANAGER' basically told me TOUGH LUCK FOR ME...mumbling something about a discount for next time! When I asked for someone totalk to in authority above him...he said HE WAS THE TOP GUY... END OF THE ROAD FOR ME...WELL MISTER MANAGER, are you happy youjust LOST A CUSTOMER TO HUNGRY HOWIES.
