This place is absolutely terrible their food is so nasty always out of things and food doesn't look like it's cooked long enough also ordered chicken strips meals and it looked like thin dried pieces of fish there was so way I was eating this nor feeding this to my children I threw the whole meal away completely disappointed with this sonic. When you order you expect to get fresh food not something that had been sitting there for hours everything is cold and nasty terrible. For the price is should alway be fresh and good.

So I usually order my stuff in the morning and have fantastic service from Shanna and Kat at the Sonic in Spring Hill. However; that was not the case when my partner ordered food from them tonight. He ordered the chicken tender dinner with tots and was given a box that had everything correct except for one object that kind of resembled a tiny, dried chicken tender, and some things that looked like smashed, over fried?things?? Truly could not tell what it was supposed to be. The kids that work there need to try just a little harder.

CarHop was really sweet I actually only ordered two ice cream cones and they made a and a milkshake they but I didn't actually order one of the cones and they made two cones and gave me a milkshake anyway so thank you very much awesome car hop

Ordered on the app this morning and seems like they are not open. Been waiting at the stall for a while no answer. No answer on the phone. If you're not open, the app shouldn't be able to place orders. Literally theft. I want my money back.

The gentleman who takes your orders was super unprofessional on how he was treating me. Only because I asked if I can order a shake. Not to mention the night before apparently these guys do not wanna abay the stay up until 11 PM even though it?s clear that it says open until 11 PM

Order is usually not correct, Always forget something! Please consider cooking food fresh to order, as pricing has increased making Sonic almost the same $$'s as going to a restaurant.

I love Sonic food don't get me wrong but the service was lacking today in Gardner. All I did was order a milkshake and weight of 25 minutes while I watch the other cars around me disappear. Only to find out someone had left it on the shelf and it melted I was a little disappointed to say the least, maybe next time Sonic.
