We've been here multiple times. Everytime is good. My oldest wanted to go to chicken salad chick for her birthday lunch because... she loves it so much! All our food is always good and we've never had a problem here. Read more
Normally it's really good but today was seriously lacking. The lettuce in the salad was wilted and the chicken salad tasted a... bit spoiled so i couldn't eat that and the cheesecake had a piece of plastic in it that resembled a bug leg so I couldn't eat iteither. But the coke was good. Everyone has bad days but I think I'll not be ordering again anytime soon. Read more

I contacted the store asking if I could send them a photo or bring it inso that they could investigate and just make sure it didn?t happen again. But they never responded to me.
