Usually I'm not one to leave a review, however I must share this experience. My friend and I wanted pancakes and biscuits.... Cracker Barrel has some of the best in town. We got there around 5pm and had a ten minute wait. No biggie. The hostess wasfriendly and sat us around 5:20pm. Our waitress was a 2 ? apron and the both of us were not pleased with her overall service. Weplaced our food around 5:30pm and it was almost 6:30pm before we received it. My friend and I NEVER have waited an HOUR forfood. The food was delicious when we finally got it. Even a couple who got there AFTER we did, received their food BEFORE wedid. The waitress even kept looking at our table and walked by at least five times before finally giving us our food. We had towait an extra ten minutes after the couple got their food to get ours. We are NEVER eating there at night ever again. That wasone of the worst experiences I've had at Cracker Barrel. Read more
I remember the days of a cozy family experience at Cracker Barrel. This was not it. No host at the stand. Someone finally walked... up and made eye contact. He checked us in and took us to a table. Ten minutes at the table and still hadn?t been greeted.Neither had the other table in our section. After hunting someone down we were moved to a different section. Bless Wes, hetried. 45 In my son was starving so I flagged Wes down for a basket of biscuits. That helped. It took 15 more minutes for hispancakes to come. They were burnt. Not good for a starving toddler with his heart set on pancakes. Just watched another couplebe seated at a dirty table and wipe crumbs from their chair. They have since left without eating. To be clear- this is the CB in Spring Hill, TN 1. We understand you?re probably understaffed. But we waited for over 30... minutes for our food and watched a couple next to us (and others that came in after us) get theirs rather quickly. 2. My husbandordered dumplings that looked like it?d sat for an hour. 3. We were given PLASTIC fork/knifes. I ordered the maple chicken. Ifinally was given a steak knife to cut my chicken up. We were eating and watching others immediately be given actualsilverware. 4. The couple next to us that got their food quickly and silverware also got their ticket quickly. Everything was so yummy & their dumplings ???? are always going to be my favorite! The service/ waiter was without a doubt,... exceptional. The location is adorable. I?ve never visited any Cracker Barrel location, and been disappointed. Grateful soulfood like this exists and grateful for the consistency over decades! Read more

If you like waiting this is the place for you! Got seated pretty quickly. But all down hill after that. 10 min to talk to our... waitress then 15 min to get our drinks. Waited another 30+ min to get our food. Server never returned once our food go to thetable. Waited another 15 min after we were clearly done eating for her to finally return to get our check.
