Andrea took care of us and kept our table full as we waited on our food (we were thirsty and hit the rolls hard). We came after... an all day wrestling tournament. On weekends I recommend you go before 5/530 as it gets very busy. The steaks were cooked toour request. After all day at school gymnasiums the clean restrooms were a welcome surprise. Bad customer service and steak didn't have any flavor. Came at 1pm. Waited 10+ mins up front. Place was empty besides workers in... the back laughing. Called the number to tell them we were waiting up front. No one answered and call forwarded to someone's cellphone who sounded like they were in a car driving with the windows down. I told her I been waiting up front. She said "oh ok." Ihung up and waited for another 2 or 3 mins. Nothing. So I walked to the back and got someone. Jade from night shift was a great server, so was the bartender. Management there wasn?t to respectful to the customer. I... wouldn?t let him manage anything, he doesn?t have the people skill to have the position he has ( I wont say his name tho ).Besides that it?s a good place to eat.
