By far the worst McAlister?s. This place used to be great but now it sucks. They have people quit more than any place I have... ever seen, they are always out of items, takes sometimes and HOUR AND A HALF to get food (NO JOKE). Not to mention it is dirty!Behind the counter cabinets are broken off, doesn?t look like they take the time to fix things or clean up. If you want a goodexperience at McAlister?s I would drive to the one in Brentwood or even Columbia. Brentwood is the best hands down but avoid theSpring Hill one if you can. Not worth it! Read more
Really??? The last three times I ordered a To-Go Order, I have had to either drive back to the store or complain to the manager... because I am missing anywhere up to half of my order. Went in today and was still not happy with the service, checked my orderin front of the staff and notice I am missing two bowls of soup. I say something to the clerk and get "That sounds about right,let me get those for you." Where is the QA? It's not that hard to confirm 5 things ordered, 5 things in the bag. Today is thelast straw with this location. I ordered 4 bowls of soup. Every, single, one of them was filled up halfway instead of to thetop. Either I got 4 CUPS of soup or they've updated their portion size to ridiculously small for $6. Not coming back to thislocation and I warn anyone else to check their bags on pick up orders, especially if you're like me and have a 40 minute drive,one way. Read more
My first time here the sandwich had about one inch thickness of meat. It was great for $13. Now they only put two slices of meat... for the same price with drink. I don't think it's right. I will not be keep coming anymore. Read more
