After being sure that this place is completely terrible I try to give them another chance and what happens if I order Carna... aSada fries Drive in traffic all the way over there and all the way home about a 15 minute drive each way just to get home andfind out that they forgot to put meat and cheese and sour cream and guacamole on the fries! This place is garbage. Ordered a burrito and it was half guacamole and half meat. So split the burrito down the middle to see... what I am talking about. The meat of a Taco Bell burrito but 3 times the price. Read more
I liked to go here for the value and quality. Always knew I was getting a good meal at a fair price. Not any more. 12 dollars... for a burrito that was soggy. Come on sombrero, I understand price increase but you have to keep the quality up if you want meto come back. There are a lot of taco shops around, might be checking them out if you don't raise your game up. Read more

Ordered my burrito with no pico when I told them the lady said she didn?t hear me. But when I order the employees where having a... full conversation not paying attention. Wasted $15 and 20 minutes of my time. Will never go to another sombreros again.
