Place was dirty, no clean cups when we arrived. We had to wait for a clean cup to get drinks. Workers would rather have dis... respectful teenagers ordering just water than to have paying customers. They unplugged the juke box that paying customers putmoney in to plug up their phones. Left and went to the other Waffle house! Which was clean and better service! Read more

One of the best experiences I?ve had at a Waffle House I love waffle houses because they are so down to earth and always give... the best experiences but this one was out of the water the best. They were extremely busy but didn?t seemed stressed you couldtell Maddie had made connections with her customers great eye contact and she even knew a regulars order. I am at a loss for words. August 6th third shift into August 7th. Cook was awesome and deserves a raise after what he had to... deal with. The server he was paired with, not fit to be by herself. I just can't even. I've never had a bad late night wafflehouse experience. But this is by far the worst restaurant experience we've ever had. All the tables had dirty dishes and thecounters were gross. We walked in to meet a few friends, sat at the counter, took the server 15min to even talk to us. Ourfriends had to ask for silverware. They originally asked for 3 cokes, she only brought one. Some other friends showed up and satat a table....that had dirty dishes bc there was nowhere to sit that didn't. They waited 15min before she came and took theirorder, then DIDNT REMOVE THE DIRTY DISHES!! there was another table, separate from our group, that had to ask multiple multipletimes for stuff and she still wasn't fulfilling anything, they ended up leaving without paying and I do not blame them. She ranout of receipt paper and didn't know how to replace it. She wouldn't give the cook the whole order at once for people. I justcan't even, my husband and I just ordered coffee and a water bc we were too stunned at what was going on. She is not fit to runa floor on her own, she needs vastly more training.
