where do I begin? I visited this sorry excuse for a restaurant on 11-23-2022 at around 7:30 pm at night and my family had opted... for a pickup and when we tried to go in the door (that had no sign indicating to use another door) it was locked so we waitedfor 20 minutes in the drive thru. We got to the window and the person at the window said "Sorry it was on the carry out table "FOR TWENTY MINUTES. My Brother in law of course asked "So it is going to be ice cold then?" To which the cashier said"Yeah." There was 0 apology for the mishap, no offer to remake the food, and when asked about the door they pointed to the dooron the side that isn't easily accessible by the driveway and said "That door was open." Again, there was no sign on the maindoor indicating even the existence of another door. The cashier then proceeded to slam their window. I work in fast food, Iunderstand that it is not a pleasant experience to have an upset customer. However, you do not act like that when it is yourfault that food is not right you offer to fix it. Don't waste your money. Edit: my sister also called the store at least 7times before we went through the drive-thru and nobody answered. Good value. I got the 5.00 biggie bag. The problem I had with it, was rude customer service. Is it too much trouble to just act... a little pleasant when dealing with people? It seems to be this way everywhere I go. Over the last few years, it's gotten bad.Food was cold as well.I am not too tore up over that. You can only expect so much for 5.00, but the attitude is why I gave only3 out of 5 stars. Read more
Super friendly service. Clean restaurant. Food, including the fries were very fresh. I made a mistake with my order that was... completely and totally my fault and they made it right without any extra cost to me. I would definitely go back. Read more
We arrived at the end of lunch. The drive through was very full so we dined in. The line inside was still a bit long but not as... bad. The location was generally clean but due to the lunch rush tables and on site areas hadn't been cleaned yet. The staffwere professional and quick.
