So it was date night for my wife and I. We had been to every restaurant in both Round Valley and Saint Johns except XA. À it is... more of a bar and neither of us drink it never appealed to us. Finally we decided to try it, because of love music. Well bandwas great, service was excellent, and food was..... beyond what we ever expected. It was incredible, and we will be back!!! Read more
We used to eat here in the 70?s. It was a country steakhouse with a bar. The meat was tender and very reasonable.The atmosphere... was all country. Families came to eat. Now, coming back, was a bit disappointing. Rare steak was very tough. Hard to cut harderto chew. They were out of baked potatoes. Acoustics horrible. Guys at a little tv bar was all we could hear, loudly !3 or 4 tvsblaring. Won?t come back.! Maybe we?re just too old, but all chill atmosphere was gone. Read more
Went in to get a Steak and boy!!! Did I get a nice, soft, buttery medium well ribeye that was the best one I had all year. Mandy... is a sweetheart. Didn't even need the A-1 sauce. Just acquired new owner. A dive bar with great steak. Had some bad steak recently and almost didn't order the sirloin but says... locally sourced so I tried. So glad I did. It was tender and delicious! Had a nice side salad and the baked potato was cookedjust right. Macaroni and cheese was amazing. Read more
