The pizza was delicious ????. The woman that took my order was/ is not so much. The order was supposed to be delivery, she took... my order told me it'd be 2hrs and.. 2hrs 30min later I call and the guy says its been sitting there as a carryout. From Chicagoand visiting Springfield so he saved my experience with his apologetic attitude and delicious pizza that he heated like new. Read more

Have ordered from these guys before and thought their pizza was good. Placed an order for 7:30 pickup. My husband arrives at... 7:30 and it?s already under the warmer. When we got home the bottom was burnt and the cheese was hard like it had been sittingfor a while. We called the store just asking to get a replacement. Manager was very rude and told my husband it?s not his faultthe pizza got cold on the way home. Ummm we order papa John?s on the OTHER side of town and the pizza is STILL hot when we gethome. Rude customer service is a no go for me. I wrote an email, however haven?t received a response back ( not that I wasexpecting one). Will not be going back there anymore. Read more
