Wow...just a bad experience. Drive thru, ordered and was told to "drive up". Pulled up to the big "Pay Here" sign and sat... there while employees walked back and forth by the window without a glance out... Eventually a lady leaned out the next windowto wave us down. This was the worst McDonald's in the nation. I have traveled all over the country for 20+ years and I have never had an... experience this bad. I came through the drive-through with a 12' trailer. I was told to pull to the front of the restaurant Andwait for my order which was 2 cheeseburgers and a double cheeseburger. I waited for approximately 15 minutes then called therestaurant and asked them if they would kindly bring me my money outside. I was told no they would not and they didn't care howlong I had been sitting there and then they hung up on me. I called back and tried to speak with the manager and was told that Ihad the GM when I didn't and was lied to by the manager on at the time. Avoid it. The service is terribly slow (and I?m very patient with post pandemic staffing issues). Both the mens and womens... washrooms were filthy. The 1st stall in the woman?s washroom doesn?t close because it can?t get past the toilet paper dispenser.The drink/condiment area was not stocked, filthy, and so much liquid was left spilled on the floor.
