Terrible experience. We have been going a long time, but lately service has not been good at all. Recently, we have placed two... large orders via the app and both times when we went to pick it up at the designated time, it wasn?t there because the staff?didn?t see? the order to even prepare it. Both times the app stated that due to the size of the order, it wouldn?t be ready foran hour to give staff time to prepare. The first time we understood, waited for them to prepare it. The second time we asked fora credit for our group?s inconvenience. They said they couldn?t do a credit and just canceled the entire order. Food was subpar. The lady and man calling out orders literally had the voices of mice, so I could not hear my order being called... by my name. We did the online ordering and pick up in store. Had the Chipotle chicken sandwich and it was excellent, but they didn't give me... a coffee I ordered, and I was given two cranberry orange muffins when I ordered pumpkin muffins. Update: Ordered from themagain, and still had items missing from my order. I was missing a mango smoothie and an everything bagel, which I had ordered 5of and they only gave me 4.
