I hardly ever leave a review, but I am becoming increasingly frustrating with this specific Pizza Hut. I live in the area, so I... order from this Pizza Hut pretty frequently. I ordered this evening a pizza and bread sticks for carry out. When I got to therestaurant, they still had the sign up stating that they had contactless curbside delivery, so I texted the number that I wasthere and got a response back that my pizza would be out as soon as it was finished and asked for my name and my car. Iresponded with a correct information and sat out in my car waiting for 5 minutes for my pizza, which was after the time that mypizza was supposed to have been ready. When no one came out I decided to go inside to get my pizza. When I got inside I told thelady that I had contacted them through their text service about contactless pick up and she responded, quite snappish, we do nothave contactless curbside pick up. I know for a fact that they have, as I have used it often, so I responded with if you nolonger have the service perhaps you should remove the sign outside that says you do. She was incredibly rude and snapped thatshe would inform her general manager when they were next in. So I said yeah, it is frustrating because I was just sitting outthere waiting. And she snapped again and said well I'm sorry you were frustrated. This is not the first time that the employeeshave had a rude tone, not that it happens all the time, but that combined with the fact that my order is, most of the time,wrong in some way has really decreased my interest in using this Pizza Hut any longer. It took 3.5 hours to make and deliver my order which was completed incorrectly. I live 1 mile from the store. Literally a 3... minute drive. I tried to call the store several times. The phone rang until an automated message said no one is at thatextension. Y'all had my money from the bank in minutes yet I couldn't contact anyone from the store nor online until theincorrect order was delivered to my door 3.5 hours after I placed the order. I would have driven to the store and picked it uphad I been able to contact anyone. I didn't get the Pan pizza I ordered nor the cheese sticks. The website offered 4 types ofpasta yet I was delivered the alfredo pasta rather the the red meat sauce pasta I wanted. The delivery driver was the only goodthing. I was notified that the pizza was on it's way and within 4 minutes it was at my door. The driver was apologetic andcourteous when I asked him why it took 3.5 hours. The app never updated me after it was received to say it was being preparedonly when it was out for delivery. Read more

Incompetent, extremely rude staff. Order elsewhere. Placed a carryout order that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. When I... arrived, our order was supposedly in the cutting stage and would be ready in 1 minute, according to the tracking screen theyhave above the pickup counter. There were 2 people in front of me waiting for service. We proceeded to wait over 20 minutes fora staff member to acknowledge any of us. There were several staff members in the kitchen area, and they were aware there was aline of people waiting (more people came in after me, as well), as we rang the service bell on the counter & they kept lookingat us from back in the kitchen, but not a single one of them could be bothered to acknowledge the growing line of waitingcustomers. Finally, a woman comes up front. You'd think if you are aware you're running way behind and have taken forever toacknowledge customers' presence, you'd have the decency to at least be apologetic about it, but no. The staff member who finallydeigned to come up front proceeded to be extremely rude to every single customer that'd been waiting. The first customer shemessed up cashing out, then proceeded to basically throw the person's pizza at them and give them attitude for her screw up. Thesecond customer had already spoken with the staff member behind the corner earlier, but the woman had forgotten to bring thecustomer's order out, so it had just been sitting back in the kitchen the entire time. When it was finally my turn,approximately 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, I'm informed they screwed up my order and had to remake it, soI had to wait even longer. Again, you'd think given such circumstances, the staff would be apologetic for their error, but nope,the woman was still on a roll being as rude as possible. This Pizza Hut was the busiest restaurant I've ever seen. But, even though the staff was flying around they were still friendly... and very awesome to interact with. I did a carryout pizza and it was made perfect. Amazing staff at this location! Read more
