Was driving through Springfield looking for my old haunts and they were all gone. Knew I could get a reliable meal at Red... Robin. Not disappointed with Gourmet Cheeseburger and bottomless fries. Wherever you go, the Robin delivers the same greatburger. Read more

I used to love this place. It was a, "Go to" restaurant for me, but service is lacking severely which impacts the dining... experience. I typically have a couple of fry refills after my meal, but this time there was no one coming around to check on me.When I did get a refill, there was literally 6 fries in the basket. I ate here on my first night in town. Our waitress was lackluster. She continued to forget our drinks, our food, and did not... clear away some of the plates on the table. The only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is because one of the women who worksthere, I'm guessing she was a food dinner of some sorts, truly helped us. She brought our drinks, and anything extra we asked ofour waitress. We relied on her more than the actual waitress because she would follow through and remember what we needed.
