It?s always something with this location. I write this review as I sit in the drive-thru line waiting for the sandwich that I?ve... already ordered and paid for online. Why don?t I go inside you ask? Because apparently their lobby is closed. Like I said,it?s always something with this location. Update 7/17/22 - Closed at 7pm. Didn?t realize so I read the sign on the door statinglobby closed and to used the drive thru. Was told by the man working to read the hours etc. fair enough. Why not close this jokeof a location and use North Grand instead. Worst subway ever! Read more

This location seems to close whenever they want in the middle of the day. I saw an older white guy close and lock the doors... about an hour ago, and I haven?t seen anyone come back to open back up. So far I?ve seen 9 potential customers walk up to thedoor, only to turn around and walk back to their cars because the doors are locked. If you wanna be lazy and not be open to makemoney that?s cool, then maybe you should close up altogether and let someone else own the franchise!! Read more
