If I could give it a lower rating I would. My food is always wrong. The people working here could careless. I got the completely... wrong order tonight. I normally don?t complain if it?s something I can still eat. I?ve worked fast food for years so I get it.No reason to get heated over a cheeseburger but I got a completely different meal and I paid $13 for the meal I wanted. I don?thave $13 to waste on food that is inedible. I am currently on crutches and can?t drive so there was no way to go back for arefund but they legit did not care when I called. The gentleman said seems like a you problem. I just said okay and got off thephone. I get that they can?t process a refund that was placed through their app but be a little more empathetic. Give me aresource. I reported the store to corporate and am still hoping to get my money back. Just disappointed- I would never treatanother human being like that. My advice stay away. Read more
Does not even deserve 1 star! This place was so filthy and so we're the workers there! I threw the $ 20.00 bag of burgers and... fries straight in the trash! Couldn't even use the ladies room because it was so gross! This place shouldn't even be open!Totally disgusting! Worst place ever! Should not be serving food! Read more
This Wendy's is the funny-mot-funny redheaded step child of Wendy's. Y'all forgot you still had a sign up or something. ... Regularly closed. Constantly understaffed. Do I have to give them any stars? Pulledmup to the speaker and sat there for 5 minutes said hello several times, no response.... Drove to the window and saw the people standing at the register right next to me and waited another 4 minutes before they openedthe window and said I'm going to have to wait and closed it before I could respond. Call the number on the window and got aanswering machine that you couldn't leave a message for that said call back m-f 8 to 5. I mean apparently the office doesn'teven care to hear complaints if they don't happen during regular hours. Read more
