The food is incredible here. It took a little while to be seated due to it just being one waitress. Other than that food is... amazing. My wife both had the general tso chicken. It was unbelievable. The chicken was tender and juicy on the inside andamazingly crunchy on the outside. Best general tso I?ve had in a long time. The waitress was very friendly and attentive to ourneeds. I believe she owns this establishment. I know everyone experiences is different but I have nothing but good things tosay about Ginger Blossom. They give the best of both cuisine Chinese and Japanese! Absolutely worst service. We arrived 35 minutes before they closed and they refused service due to needing to get a ride home.
