Pretty good food but for the price, I'd literally go to any other place. It's definitely not a place that should be in a low income section of Springfield, I genuinely dont know who theyre catering to. You can go to Sakura restaurant in Ludlow which is like the same thing.
Delicious fresh ingredients, worth the money. Got some poke bowl in nyc that cost the same but wasn?t anywhere near as good.
After going to the establishment for about two years, my opinion and experience with the owner has always been that he has a lack or sense of what it is to give good customer service. He lacks in communication and common courtesy. Never a sorry about the inconvenience or issue. Today I order over the phone to pick up because I was going to eat on my thirty min break. After arriving I received my order and knew something was off based the receipt. After opening the bowl I saw contents present on my reciept and things I asked for during my order were missing. I asked for a refund and had to explain why, to the owner, three times. He did not apologize, ask how he can rectify or compensate me for the inconvenience. Poor customer service as it pertains to hospitality.
Went to get a Poke Bowl for dinner tonight. When I gave the server my completed loyalty card I was informed they no longer honor them. I just completed it 2 weeks ago. This business has made a decision that loyal customers are not important. This is unacceptable to me and I will not be going back, EVER!!!!! Update: I received a call that night from the manager who apologized for the misunderstanding. He informed me they will honor the loyalty cards, but are coming out with a new app based loyalty program in the near future. On that basis I will give them the benefit of the doubt and continue to patronize their business.
Second time ordering. They only gave me two pieces of shrimp this time. Serioiusly? For what I paid it should have been more. The first time I ordered they gave me like 10 pieces. Why so little now?
Food looks good ! Hopefully it tastes good too . I will update review later. Update ,,, from five stars to 2 stars . Why ??? Upon trying poke finally , I have to say Taste wise very good . Price wise pricey for a little bit of food . I?m talking about I picked the choice of 4 protein was the maximum protein you can pick , thinking I will be getting a good portion plus the additional stuff like , rice , veggies , fruits etc . My food came out at almost $20 with tax . And what really annoyed me was , they stuff everything in a tiny clear bowl ?but-why??? The bowl looks like could only accommodate 1-2 protein maximum ! It was too packed that I can even get a good look at what I got in my bowl ! Sloppy and unappealing! It totally ruined my moment of trying their poke for the first time ? I bought it from the location near WNEC . I would never try poke ever again . If you do , stick with 1-2 protein because the extra money you are paying for 3 or 4 protein , ain?t worth it . You will still get a small container with all of the stuff just stuffed all together . Thumbs down !!! ??
I am so incredibly grateful that I finally stopped and tried this place out. Now I've been twice for lunch in less than a week. Even grabbed a customer punch card, because I plan on being a regular. Fresh, flavorful, and fantastic. I love the Hawaiian classic, and need to come back so I can try all of them.
This place was great! Awesome food, atmosphere, & service! I dinned in eating the "joy classic" the dish was very well balanced & truly tasted awesome! Highly recommend!!!
