From out of town and walked in here randomly for Easter dinner. The service was very thoughtful and timely, the scallops risotto... and brussel sprouts were *perfectly* prepared. The meal I ordered is comparable to 4-5 star restaurants. Thanks for all the carein preparing my Easter holiday meal! Read more
I have been to Samuels for numerous occasions and have always had a good time with friends here! The bartenders and other staff... are friendly and professional. One time I had trouble with my debit card. My card was being declined for suspicioustransactions. It was trouble from my end because my debit card was so new. So I ended up paying in cash. When I got home Ichecked my bank statement online and I had transactions pending. I called and told them the problem. They remembered me, told methey had no manger available at the moment, and said the manager would contact me the next day. I was understanding because Iknew it was close to closing and closing time at bars gets chaotic. It was getting late, around 1:45 AM. So the next day I get acall from the manager and explain what happened. I give her some information and their accountant look ups the transaction. Theaccountant tells me to not worry, since the debit card was declined, the transaction was voided. The whole situation was quick,professional, and courteous. Read more

Brought my salon family here for our Christmas party. Our waiter was amazing (Nate) and our drinks and food were prompt and... delicious! Eddie(owner) even came over to greet us because I once was a waitress when it was first open on Main Street way backin the day. Enjoyed a round on him as well! Loved my experience!!
