This place has terrible communication from night shift to day shift. Here's why... After work I went in for some containers of... ice cream and a 1/2 gallon of chocolate. At some point, I must've set my phone down because I had left it there. The nextmorning I called and the employee claimed no phone was found. However, my Google "where's my phone," was still pinging toBraums. It took 3 phone calls, 2 trips there and well over 24 hrs. For my phone to show up wherever the night shift had set it. Read more
Food is always good. Chicken tenders are good to eat. Staff are very professional and welcoming. The ice cream and shakes are... great. They also have a small grocery store in there with milk, eggs, meat, fruit, vegetables, bread etc. Things that mostpeople eat or run out of. Read more

We go to Braum's every year when we visit family in MO. IT IS SO DELICIOUS and very affordable. I could take or leave the... crinkle fries, but I'd say that for any restaurant. Having that store right there is really handy when we are traveling. We goto Bass Pro nearby, then we eat at Braum's, grab anything we might need for the road, and get back on the move! Read more
