This place rarely misses. Open for lunch at 10 unlike the usual 11, quick and kind service, and hot food! I love coming here... between classes. Read more
Staff is awful. Girl named Sidney very rude. They do not serve macaroni and cheese at this location go somewhere else.
A year ago this place was great, 5 stars, amazing, fast and friendly. Now it is so slow, it took 20 minutes to get a single... spicy chicken sandwich, and there was no wait to order. They also prioritize grubhub orders, and let the people who wait inline, wait more to even order. The rest of the university is great, every other food place is awesome, but chikfila here isgarbage. This is the WORST chick fil a I have ever been to. If you?re looking for the normal great chick fil a customer service don?t... waste your time. If you are not an MSU student don?t waste your time. They are CONSTANTLY out of literally everything. Theynever listen if you ask for no pickles, and told me to pick them off when they messed up. It's Chick-fil-A. The food is great, but the service is not up to snuff. The workers are inefficient. Waiting 30 minutes to... order my food, and another 10 to receive it is not good. They don't read out the order when handing the food off, resulting inpeople accidentally stealing food. I could go on and on about the shortcomings of this location in comparison to otherlocations, but that's basically it. The service is abhorrent, but the food is good. Read more
