I have to say, as many amazing local coffee shops as there are in Springfield, Dancing Mule has got to be the BEST. The staff is... absolutely delightful, and the coffee is soooooo much better than the big chains bitter brews. I also highly recommend thesmoothies! The blueberry pomegranate is my personal favorite, no need to go to those sketchy Herbalife shops! Read more
I have only been here a couple times but each time the staff has been amazing and the coffee has been great. They are so kind. I... spilt a coffee and they didn't hesitate to help me clean up and even made me a new coffee. Never in my life have I experienced such horrid customer service. The big bald guy that looks like he?s straight out of a horror... movie simply gave me an attitude for no reason, I am all for supporting my local mom and pop stores but I do not think I?ll bebringing my business back to Dancing Mule Coffee Company.
