I really dislike giving bad reviews. I was very surprised by the attitude of the lady who took my order. Zero... personality/rudeness. When my order was ready, she softly called my name. I wasn't quite sure if i heard my name or not butapparently she had called my name. She could've made eye contact and let me know when i didn't hear the first time. What reallymade me give a bad review was when i said thank you and she didn't reply. My girlfriend then said thank you and no reply. Thisis beyond rude. There were two women working the counter that day. A younger woman with red (ginger) hair who was really niceand polite. The other lady had dark brown hair and was wearing a black sweatshirt (or something long sleeved) . I don't know ifshe's the owner or a manager, but she really needs to consider a new line of work. I loved the authentic European style caramel latte which is not too sweet as well as my scone which was delicious!
Great service, with a cozy atmosphere. Coffee was great. Had the Cortado Iced coffee, bold and smooth.
