Waited 15 mins for our order, had to go inside to get order. The crew this day did not know how to handle a small rush. They... had 6 vehicles sitting waiting on their orders. Food was not hot and crew was not. trying very hard to get orders out. Standingaround talking too much. Read more
If you order here, expect to get about 3/4 of what you order and then no refunds or replacements when you go back or call them.... Ordered several items, got home, and saw that a triple cheese burger, fries, and dip were missing. Called 'em up and theyrefused to make it because "The grills swapped over to breakfast and the grills are now set to sausage." I originally came through the drive thru when I noticed they messed my order up and so I came in. The employees were laughing at... me and after 12 minutes, I finally got the manager to come help me and he offered to give me a refund as well as replace my nowcold food. I never received my refund of just over $28.. I don?t recommend this location because staff is rude and incompetent. Read more
