I am a happy regular at Oscars Ribs, and I have been going there frequently for a couple of years now. Their BBQ is some of the... best in town, with surprisingly affordable prices, and friendly staff. My favorite item is their pork sandwich. Their barbecuesauce is to die for. ???? I honestly believe that this is the best BBQ in Springfield. I will stop by on the odd Friday just to grab a tub of their... brisket. I eat it straight out of the tub! The sandwiches are huge, and the jalapeno poppers are delicious. Everything Oscar'shas to offer is tasty and plentiful, and the owners are lovely people. Read more
