Lazy service/great service Lazy Dave: 1. I asked did they have a product took a brief look behind him. Then told me they didn?t... have. So if he had really wanted to help. He would?ve found the product a few steps more on other rack Lazy Dave: 2. I thenasked if they had XL cups. Because the XL dispenser was empty. He looked from the counter. Told me that?s all they had. So Ilooked for myself. Guess what. I found XL cups in the drawer. Lazy Dave sucks or he?s a racist. I hope he just sucks Melissawas very helpful. From the time I walked in. I noticed she was busy doing whatever it was she was doing. Melissa also help mefind me that product Lazy Dave seemed to just blow off. Melissa had a great personality and attitude. Unfortunately she will notbe working at this location for long. To Melissa I gave 5 stars for her professionalism and genuine customer service. Nasty place. Restrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. "Fresh" food didn't even look fresh, or edible. ... Coolers half stocked. Even saw customer's pets taking a dump on the fuel island. Pure nasty place. Read more

Purchased a 20 dollar spot to park and sleep in my truck. I should have went into the facility and checked it out first. I... should have known by all the trash falling out of the overfilled trash cans. The bathrooms were the dirtiest I?ve ever seen at aPilot J and there was not any seat covers for the toilet seats in any stall. There was wet piles of toilet paper in the cornersof the stall I went in and the paper towel rolls were empty with one role of paper towels left out on the counter wet from thesinks. I have to use these places daily while I?m on the road and this is the first time I had to pay 20 for a parking spot at afilthy facility that was out of major items of every day use. They also did not have any Dr Pepper left at all not even infountain drinks. I had to go to Wendy?s to get my Dr Pepper. I?ll have to reconsider next time I?m in the Springfield, MO areato just get a hotel room. I was there two nights by the way and the second day was just as nasty. It?s unfortunate because allother Pilot J?s I stay at shows at least effort for cleanliness and keeping the place stocked. Read more

Trucker Life! Stopped by here to take a shower before continuing on my trip to New Jersey. Arrived about 6am and like any other... truck stop it's busy with other truckers getting ready to start their day. Not too shabby not too messy. Few available parkingspots, lines building up in the fuel island. Truck lot is kind of tight for my liking. Read more
