Terrible customer service. I stood and patiently waited for my salad, while my husband?s sandwich had already been made and... sitting there for a good ten minutes. I asked the girl that was running around to check and see if it was even being made, andshe did not. I went up to the lady making the food and asked her myself. It was sitting on her counter made and ready the wholetime.I also had asked for a refund before this point, to which the girl at the register said it would take too long so I Mightas well just wait on the salad. Then just walked away. We will never be stopping at this location again. Horrible experience. I am usually very nice and rarely leave negative reviews or even bring up the mistakes to anyone but this... was just bad. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad and they didn?t give me chicken or dressing? I had to wait in line for 10 minutesto request that it be made correctly. Then they simply set food on the pass and don?t always call names so food just sits thereand dies but no one does anything. I Was told I would get breadsticks with my meal but did not receive them. Again, had torequest them. The salad itself was bitter, breadsticks dry, and soup was extra salty. And that says a lot because I usually addsalt to everything. We love Schlotzky's original sandwich. We saw this location and decided that was going to be our dinner. We were there early in... the evening and it was not crowded. We were greeted and our order was taken quickly. Our food came out in a timely manner. Weordered the deluxe original in large and split it. They cut it and put it on two plates for us. The deluxe has extra meat andthe large is HUGE! We had chips and a soda and we were both satisfied. The sandwich did not disappoint!
