Despite being understaffed the staff were kind and took our order quickly. Food came out quickly but was not the best I've had... from a Steak 'n Shake (the buns were kind of soggy and the milkshakes were pretty milky). Over all a decent experience with kindwaitstaff and alright food. Read more
I hadn?t been to a Steak ?n Shake in years? used to love the place. But this location only had one waitress working during the... dinner rush, poor lady. When our food came out my husband only got 5 tiny little shoe string fries?.I?m not even exaggerating.Luckily he said something and they gave him an acceptable amount. Slow service and we had to remind them about our milkshake.All the food was very underwhelming. Really sad, won?t be returning to this location ever, if I go to steak and shake again atall. Read more
We arrived at 9:30 to eat as they advertise online and on door open until 11 pm. However we were turned away and told they were... doing drive through only. There were plenty of staff available but they were engaged in cleaning floors and tables. As such,we and about 7 other people left without ordering. Super tasty. Always great prices and yummy food. Shakes are so good lots of variety. Nutella is the best shake for meee. Fries... this time were a bit crispy, most of us didn?t care, but the one that did, they remade a whole basket for them. Great service.Not too small but not too big portions. Always come here once when around these parts, this location has also always been great.Sad that they got rid of parm garlic seasoning for the fries though. Read more

After waiting a long time to order, I was happy to see our food being brought to us in a very timely manner. However, I would... have happily waited longer if they would have bothered to cook our burgers all the way through. We didn't finish our food. Wecouldn't because it was raw and we tried to tell our waitress, but she was helping others. We went to pay and the cashier askedus how our food was and I told her not great because it was raw in the middle. She went to get her manager. She came over,looked at me and asked me if I ate it. I told her maybe a quarter of it and that I stopped eating it when I saw it was severelyunder cooked. She was very snarky about what I said and then responded that she was only going to take $4 off our bill becausewe did eat some of it. I just paid and left.
