This was the third time I had Big Biscuit. It seemed like they were a bit understaffed since they had only a few waiters working... and empty tables but with +30 min waiting period. Usually you get seated within 15 minutes on a busy day. I had the Titanic,which is a 4 egg omelet with mushrooms, bacon, ham, with a hash brown on top and a Biscuit with gravy on top of all that.Everything was quite tasty and delicious, the mushrooms were a bit undercooked. I didn't mind it but I think some people would.The coffee was decent and fresh, I wish it was a little more rich in flavor but that's just my opinion. The food was GREAT! We really enjoyed the yard bird, the chicken was fresh an juicy! I believe the biscuit was by far the best... part of the meal... tasted just like what my grandma would have made! We had an AMAZING waitress named Karen! She was pleasant,observant an very easy to talk to. Told her it was our first time an after we got done eating she came back an asked what wethought. We ate at The Big Biscuit today and I am so glad we did. Once seated our server Micah greeted us and I knew it was going to be... a great experience and it was. He was fantastic The food was really good. So good that I brought my leftovers home which Inever do. Their biscuits and gravy is so good. We will be going back for sure.
