The food had decent flavor and the service was okay, but who shreds beef brisket? Beef brisket should be thinly sliced at time... of service, not kept shredded in a steam table. I was excited to try it, but then disappointed that it looked like pulled pork,and had a nasty grey color and dry texture. Also didn't like the fact that you are forced to tip before you've even tried thefood and all they do is bring the food to the table, there is no waiter coming to the table to take your order or bringing yourdrinks, so a minimum tip of 18% seems ridiculously high. In this town there are way better choices for BBQ. Cannot recommend. Read more
