Having very much enjoyed the Wahlburgers in Rochester MN, I was excited to take my friend to this newer location. I don?t know... how I could have been more disappointed. This was definitely not the same experience as before. My husband ordered bonelesswings. After about 10 minutes they made us aware they were out of them, but had the bone in. Then about 10 minutes after thathe was asked what kind of sauce he wanted them tossed in. It was a full 30+ minutes before we received our order. The wings werenot warm and not fully cooked and the fries were cold. My burger was delivered cold. My friend?s burger and Mac and cheese werecold. I can?t even give this location another try. 40 dollars for two burgers, fries and a drink is outrageous for what you get. Every other fast food restaurant is as good if not... better than this place. Slow service, didn't get my order right. Asked for Mayo so I could fix my burger close to how I orderedit, never came. Save you're money, go to Steak and shake instead. Much better quality and much more reasonably priced. Read more

First visit and a bit of a let down. Another place masking tasteless frozen burgers with sauces and/or salsa. Sadly, like... others, Wahlburgers has also failed to figure out how to avoid soggy bun issues. It's simple. If you serve fresh jalapenos orother items as a sauce or grease barrier and have lettuce on it as well, use the lettuce as another sauce or grease barrier onthe other end of the sandwich to help prevent a soggy bun. I liked the idea of red onions in the thin onion rings, but they getcold extremely fast and become a disappointment if they aren't eaten straight away. As a result, the onion rings wound up inthe trash. It was either we would have had cold onion rings or soggy cold burgers. I didn't know what to expect given' this was in Hy-Vee. I had the Fiesta Burger with Onion Strings paired with a Wahlbrewski. I... was pleasantly surprised that this was definitely one of the best burgers in town. The onion string were a unique spin on onionrings as they were very thin and crispy. You walk right in as part of the grocery store but it is set up like a sports bar withtvs all around and many brews on tap. I'm not sure how this will fair long term in Springfield within a grocery store but Ihighly recommend as it's never good to shop for groceries while you are hungry. Read more
