Terrible nasty staff I watched the most disgusting and disrespectful young lady accept cash and make several other transactions... and touch everything around her with out changing her gloves she then dug her hand in the cheese and served it to my daughterwith out using the provided utensils. When I asked her to change her gloves and remake my daughters meal she completely went offon me as if I was in the wrong for wanting to remain clean and sanitary. A staff member like this does not belong in thebusiness of serving and interacting with people. Her language and action where so exaggerated and vulgar especially infront ofyoung children and other families. As I walked out other customers expressed that she was nasty and disrespectful to them alsoand that she was obviously working here with displeasure and no regard to customers the entire store was in disbelief to how shehandled this matter simply because I asked to change her gloves and remake my daughters meal. Safe to say I will never be comingback to this location and as other customers witness her actions and the support the staff had for her about 6 customers walkedout shaking there heads and stopped me in the parking lot to tell me that that was completely unacceptable and they were inshock as to how this unfolded. Ordered a bowl to dine in. White rice was cold. Chicken was cold. Rice was not even cooked good. It was still hard a brand new... batch. For it to be cold it must have been sitting for awhile. Food should be hot at all times not cold. Horrible. Stay awayfrom this chipotle. Never come here again. Read more
Horrible experience every single time. I have been to this Chipotle a whole lot of times, both in person and ordering for... delivery. I have never had my order made correctly. The other thing is they never have fajita veggies. How do you NEVER havethem? It seems they are too lazy to make more, and if you ask when they will have more they get an attitude with you. What if Ihave dietary restrictions and can only get the veggie bowl which calls for the fajita veggies???? Am I then just supposed to geta bowl full of rice because you don't feel like making more veggies???? They have delivered be a veggie bowl countless timeswithout the VEGGIES!! Any other location I have been to, when they run out of an ingredient, they make more. Besides that, whenthey cut the chicken they cut the bones up and leave it in with the meat. Disgusting. Been more than 3 months since I haven't had any fast food. Decided to treat myself 7/28/22 by ordering my food at 5:45pm and... have it be ready by 6:15pm. Food was not ready. Huge mess of water by the fountain drinks and had to wait for 25min because myfood was not ready. I live 30min away from this location so I took my order home. When I got home I took a bite of the burritoonly to find a clear plastic corner piece of something in my food. Come on over $16 for a burrito that had about 1.5 inch ofplastic. Someone should be held accountable for this. The values of what the company stands for do not reflect the service andnothing is being done about this. Worst Chipotle around. Drove home to white rice that wasn?t even cooked and was super hard. Called the store 3 times and no... answer so I drove 20 minutes back to the store. They initially wanted to charge me extra for double meat which is insane beingthat I had to come all the way back out my way. I spoke with a manager and told them my complaint and wanted to receive a freemeal for my trouble. They wouldn?t give me a free meal. Stay away from this one. I won?t be back here. Read more
I love Chipotle, but this place is HORRIBLE, DIRTY, SLOW, NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING! They need to get a manager who knows what... they are doing. I ordered online came in 20 minutes later, place was empty and they didn't even start my order. I had to waitanother 30 minutes. When I finally got my order it was not even done how I asked.i paid for extra everything and it was thetotal opposite they even forgot to add things. I was so disgusted with how sorry it was. If I could give it negative stars...I would. I ordered at the place (made the line and etc). One girl taking your order, the... other at the cashier waiting for people to be done...When normally it is two or three people taking your orders. The food wascold. They did not have half of their food (no hard tacos or chips= the fryer was damaged). The meat was cold and, like I said,I went inside to order. The guy in the back was just making a new batch of chicken, when other locations are continuouslygrilling them. The kitchen grill area looks dirty. Don't go to this spot. Read more
