I have been a customer of this store since it opened. I love a true brick and mortar bookstore and hate that there are so few... left. Today I was there with my daughter and I really was trying to resist a very over priced magazine. Under the magazine thestore had a sign for a free tote bag promotion. Being weak willed that sold me. I paid for the magazine and then asked thegirl working there about the tote bag. She stared at me blankly and said the only tote bags were the ones for sale. Imentioned that there was a sign posted by the store. She said she didn't know anything about it. I guess she expected me toleave but I asked if there was anyone who would know. She then walked.over to another employee in the magazine area. She askedhim and he said that he hadn't seen any tote bags. I again said to them both that I wouldn't have bought the magazine if I hadknown that. If they had given me an old plastic bag from when such things were legal I would have been satisfied. They didnothing to make this situation right and never even apologized. It was as if I was bothering them asking about their promotion. Very disappointed with this customer service. Read more

The kids' section has a table! Hooray! Unfortunately, this Barnes & Noble has a paucity of nooks. Book worms ought to design... every Barnes & Noble floorplan; there'd be more nooks than books! The quest to locate a Barnes & Noble with the samemagnificence as the old Clifton Commons location continues. Read more
My favorite was in Clark.. It's disappeared but this one is going nowhere. I'm thrilled!
