I had chicken parm with Alfredo fettuccine, I ate four bites of it and stopped. Explain to the waiter that this food wasn?t... appetizing and to see if we can have a discount. Both I and my partner didn?t eat our meal. It took an hour to get some type ofassistance. Then when we finally asked just to give us the bill since the person didn?t decide to do anything and couldn?trightfully pay for meals that were so terrible I needed to speak to the manager. The manager told us he can?t do anything toreduce our bill even after we showed that we didn?t eat it! He claimed he could only give us a free appetizer with a PURCHASE ofa entree card?! Like dude you seriously think I?m coming back to eat here and on top of that only get a free appetizer! I paidfor the meal and tipped the waiter even though person didn?t check on us the whole day, I?m sure overworked. This was a terriblemeal and terrible solution. The service was HORRIBLE. We waited an hour for our food. The chicken wings were cold, the chicken for my sizzling chicken was... rubbery, I couldn't eat it. After we received our food, we waited another 5 minutes for dirty silverware. I also saw a fewhealth code violations. The girl in the bar was touching everything with her hands and making the drinks. Horrible service! Asked for medium well steak, received burnt strips of leather. Drinks were subpar. Asked the waitress for... stronger drinks and she said ?I only give strong drinks to my best tippers?. Wow, so you know you?re serving weak drinks and wehave to pay for a REAL drink. People always knock chain restaurants but the staff work hard to keep everyone happy and the place is clean and well maintained.... Food is good for the price point and it's a nice pitstop after a day of shopping on Rt 22. Read more

I honestly don't know where to start... I was absolutely disappointed. Haven't been to a T.G.I.F in a while and had a taste for... it last night. Me and my fiance sat down and we got our draft beers in glasses that was absolutely dirty with left over food onthem from a previous customer. That's just disgusting. Also had sent back my steak 3 times. I had ordered it medium rare and thefirst plate was well done and mash potatoes was stone cold. Sent it back. 2nd plate, the steak was raw in the middle. Sent thatback and the 3rd time was okay. Mash potatoes still was Luke warm almost to cold. Our bill came to $93... I would expect them togive me a better price from a bad service but no acknowledgment. Will not ever come to this location ever again. Need bettercooks. And better bartenders. Read more
