items keep getting smaller and more expensive, last time I went no cheese was available, nothing was done to make up for it, my... bowl was barely filled, chips were stale, they don't accept cash sometimes, food quality and quantity has gotten worse and worseeverytime I go. Food quality is horrible, there was barely any food... left, the guac that I paid extra for was hard and had skin on it in my bowl. My husband and I both had horrible stomach painafter eating here. The customer service was horrible. The works were relaxing instead of prepping food. There were no lettuce because it wasn?t... ?prepared?. In addition, there wasn?t much of anything thing left. My bowl was basically empty because enough food wasn?tprepared. I don?t understand how a company can employ three employees and still not have food prepared but you still have to payfull price! I could understand if it was super busy but it was not. Lastly, I ordered a drink and I hade to wait to get a cup.The chicken was cold and the avocado smelled bad. Just got an order from here, it was basically soggy rice and beans with sour cream smothered over it. Honestly, don't know what... happen to the quality and taste: both are very lacking. Oh and my chips were super stale. The one by Lowes also sucks, I triedthis location thinking it would be different. Chipotle is now in the same bracket as McDonald's to me and I will not be eatinghere again. I was soo upset, I throw my food away before taking a pic. Waste of money. Read more

I've never had a good experience at this location. Once ordered online and ended up still waiting in the store for 35 minutes... once I got there. Today I got the smallest portions I've ever gotten at Chipotle. Every item I asked for I got half of a scoop,if that. I was still hungry after eating my bowl and usually I can't even finish it.
