I had the seasoned prime rib 12 oz. Cooked to perfection medium well nice and tender the steak watered in my mouth melted like... butter. The lobster was exquisite ???? the chef went above and beyond and grilled it for me. Outback doesn't even grill lobsteranymore and the fact that they did it from me is so amazing. The broccoli was cooked to perfection very flavorful. And Helen mygoodness gracious she is really a phenomenal manager she came to check on everything and to make sure everything was going well.This is one of my favorite outback steakhouse in PA. You can always expect top notch service. I mean I have to give it to thefriendly waitresses the welcoming smiles from all the staff it's a beautiful atmosphere. For our appetizer we had the blooming shrimp. The sauce is a little spicy for me, but it's good. We both ordered steaks, which... they cooked correctly. we enjoyed our sides too. Had a wonderful dinner with my wife last night, both of us had the 8oz filet mine was a little undercooked but it was just a... great peice of meat out didn't matter.
