Very bad experience. There is no any service. The lady kept receiving calls and even did not give us a cup of water. We have to... take the menu by ourselves and ask water myself. Food very expensive. Churro smaller than Costco?s $1 but here charged $6.5. Mywife and I spent $77 and still cannot eat enough. Staff charged 15% tip without our agreement, without any service actually. Iwill never go to this restaurant again and will let all my friends know it. Read more
Ugh I?m really disappointed that the food has changed. Picante has been a regular of ours for over 3 years but the quality has... diminished. We ordered chips and guacamole - chips were stale and guacamole portion was 2 tablespoons worth. I really hopethings change and I know inflation is making it harder on restaurants. By far our favorite Mexican restaurant in the local area. Phenomenal mole enchiladas and shrimp diablas. Be warned the shrimp is... not for the faint of heart, it's spicy. We order these two dishes nearly every visit. Guacamole is excellent as well. Locallyowned and family run, it's a good restaurant to support. I highly recommend checking this place out. In my opinion the food isbest when you eat in person, when it's fresh out of the oven! That said, it's still great if you're ordering delivery to yourhouse. Read more
I should have known when I walked in and my shoes stuck to the floor I was in the wrong place. Taco Bell would have been better.... No salsa because apparently they don't serve salsa with their Mexican. Dried nachos and tastless fish tacos. I called to expressmy disappointment to the owner and she said she was right there when the order was made. That's horrible because they reallymissed the mark. I'd look anywhere else if you're looking for good Mexican. I just throw out $35. worth of lousy Mexican food. Read more
Food was burnt. Waited for an hour after I was told it was 30 minutes for take out. Half my food sat on the counter for 20... minutes while they made the rest of it. Poor prioritization, poor customer service. We used to love this place but won?t goback. Don?t know what happened. Read more

the people here are great. and the food comes fast and hot. I suggest the street tacos.
