There's been a change in ownership I think. However the diner is even better now. Yummy classic diner food. And lovely service.
Just want to let everyone know that Springfield Diner is open on Saturday and Sunday, Google is wrong. At this time they are... closed on Wednesdays. This was a cute place with typical diner food. The hubby got the stuffed French toast (special), which isbasically dessert that he loved and I had a ham and cheese omelette. If you like diners you will like this place. Remember thatyou are in VT, so nothing fancy. But the staff was attentive and friendly. Read more
Amazing breakfast and love the folks here. Also got lucky and visited in a Monday when they had donut holes.... Best part of the... breakfast was the freshly baked donut holes rolled in sugar! Folks with me also enjoyed the corned beef hash. Read more
Good people, waitresses are polite, awesome food, busy around lunch but they do close @ 2pm I wish the diner was open until 4pm... though. Friendly calm atmosphere super enjoyable to go eat there! I would suggest people to go try it out the prices are morethen reasonable for alot of food with your own booth or stools, great conversations.
